These terms apply to your use of drinknacl.com and your purchases from NACL L.L.C., doing business as NACL+ Electrolytes. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. They include a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver, described under Disputes.

Refunds

If you change your mind, any unopened box can be refunded within 30 days of delivery, with no need to send it back. This applies to one-time and subscription orders, with no limit on the number of requests. Opened boxes are not eligible.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and choose a replacement or a full refund.

To request a refund, email dimitrih@drinknacl.com with your order number and a photo of the box. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.

This guarantee applies to purchases made on drinknacl.com. We may deny requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

Shipping

We ship to the 50 U.S. states with USPS and UPS. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), U.S. territories or outside the United States.

  • Standard shipping: $6.99, free on orders of $44.99 or more
  • Express shipping: $13.99, free on orders of $99.99 or more
  • Alaska and Hawaii: Standard shipping is $7.99, free on orders of $44.99 or more, and Express shipping is $34.99
  • Subscriptions: Standard shipping is free on every delivery

The estimated delivery date for your address is shown at checkout, and you receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Delivery dates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. If we cannot ship your order promptly, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, so please check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us and we will review your case.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save gives you 5% off one box, or 10% off 2 or more boxes of the same flavor, with free Standard shipping on every delivery. Deliveries come every month or every 2 months, with no minimum commitment.

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date for the subscription price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes. We email you a reminder before each renewal.

You can manage your subscription at drinknacl.com/apps/subscriptions: skip a delivery, change your flavor or cancel online at any time. To change how often you receive your box, contact us and we will update it for you. You can also cancel by emailing dimitrih@drinknacl.com. Changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.

Discount codes apply to one-time orders only and cannot be used on a subscription.

If the price of your subscription changes, we will email you at least 10 days in advance. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it, then pause or cancel your subscription.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailability, and will refund any amount charged. Prices are in U.S. dollars, exclude taxes and shipping, and may change at any time. Discount codes and referral rewards have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be ended at any time. Products are for personal use, not resale.

Products and health

NACL+ is a dietary supplement. Information on this website is not medical advice. If you are pregnant or nursing, follow a low-sodium diet, have a medical condition or take medication, consult your doctor before use. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Using this website

You are responsible for your account and the accuracy of your information. If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to misuse the website, including through fraud, bots, scraping or attempts to bypass its security. All content, including the NACL+ name, logo, text and images, belongs to NACL L.L.C. and may not be reused without permission. By posting a review, you allow us to use it in connection with our business.

Shopify

NACL+ Electrolytes is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with NACL+ Electrolytes. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and NACL+ Electrolytes, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with NACL+ Electrolytes.

Liability

Except as stated in these terms, the website and products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. NACL L.L.C. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. You agree to indemnify us against claims resulting from your breach of these terms. For New Jersey residents, these limits apply only to the extent permitted by New Jersey law.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. Before filing any claim, contact us at dimitrih@drinknacl.com so we can try to resolve it within 60 days. If we cannot, you and NACL+ agree to resolve any dispute through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or in small claims court. You and NACL+ waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts of Denver, Colorado.
