NACL+ contains 800mg of sodium per stick. For reference, the FDA recommends staying under 2,300mg of sodium per day for the general population, so one stick is about 35% of that. If you prefer a lighter taste or a lower concentration, mix it with more water, up to 16 fl oz.

Every subscription order ships free (Standard shipping). One-time orders ship free from $45 (2 boxes or the Bundle); a single box ships for $6.99 ($7.99 to Alaska and Hawaii). Express shipping is $13.99, and free on one-time orders of $100 or more. To Alaska and Hawaii, Express is $34.99.

No. NACL+ ships to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. only. We don't ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Any unopened box can be refunded within 30 days of delivery, on one-time and subscription orders. Email us your order number and a photo of the box, no need to send it back. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 7 days and choose a replacement or a refund.
