This policy explains how NACL L.L.C., doing business as NACL+ Electrolytes, collects and uses your personal information when you visit drinknacl.com or buy from us.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and addresses; your orders, subscription and support requests; and technical data such as your IP address, device and pages viewed. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners, and we never store your full card number.

How we use it

To process and ship your orders, manage your subscription, provide customer support, send order and renewal emails, run our newsletter and referral program if you join them, improve the website, show you relevant ads, and prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that help us run the store: Shopify, our subscription and referral apps, USPS and UPS, and our advertising partners Meta and TikTok. We may also share it when required by law or in the event of a sale of the business. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Cookies and ads

We use cookies to run the website and analyze traffic, as well as the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure and personalize our ads. Under some state laws, this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to appeal our decision. Shopify

Security and retention

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards and keep it only as long as needed for our services and legal obligations. This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
